Who we are
TablePerk is a guest feedback tool for restaurants and cafés. A venue owner creates an account, shares a link or QR code with guests, and reads the responses in their dashboard.
What we collect from guests
Guests answer a few taps about their visit: a rating, a theme, an optional follow-up, whether they would return, how they found the venue, and an optional written note. Guests are not asked to create an account and we do not ask for their name or email.
If a guest had a poor visit, they may choose to leave a phone number so the manager can get back to them. That number is optional, is shown only to that venue, and is used only for that follow-up, never for marketing.
What we collect from venue owners
An email address and name (from email sign-up or Google sign-in), the venue details entered in Settings, and the guest responses collected through that venue's link.
How the data is used
To show the venue its own feedback, to produce plain-English summaries and answers about that feedback, and to keep the service running and secure. A venue owner can only see responses collected through their own link.
Summaries are generated by an automated language model using only that venue's own responses. Phone numbers are never included in that process.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share it only with the service providers that host the app, store the database, and generate the summaries, and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting data
Guest responses stay until the venue owner deletes them or closes their account. Owners can export their responses and delete their account from Settings; deleting an account removes their venues and all responses collected through them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through our contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
